This is the start of the trip! I’m so excited! Our start got delayed a bit … somehow we forgot to take into account just how hard it would be to find camping around the 4th of July!

Lucky thing we decided to stay until we had reservations! Ok, lesson learned …

It all worked out for the best, the truck got new tires, and I got a new garage door put in! Well, it’s raining in Kansas anyway, so we probably could not have got any riding in.
